In this role you will be ...
 
  • Managing accounts in Government campaigns
  • Making outbound calls and taking inbound queries by telephone in either English or Welsh
  • Making sales by telephone
You will receive full training and our client also offer excellent progression opportunities.
 

Qualifications Required

  • Good customer service skills
  • Fast and flexible approach
  • Calm under pressure
  • Friendly telephone manner
  • Proficient written and spoken level of Welsh language is absolutely essential
