We have vacancies for Customer Service Representatives located in South Bristol!

You will be dealing with customer's written enquiries received via post, social media, email and website. There will be no calls in this role.

You will be:
 
  • Developing product knowledge through the company structured training programme
  • Interacting with customers without being on the phone
  • Working as part of a large team
  • Dealing with a variety of queries and complaints
  • Working efficiently and accurately in a busy environment

Qualifications Required

  • PC literate and experienced with using Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic
  • Exceptional written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
