Operational Team Leader

This is a temporary position expected to continue until the end of January 2020.

The Operational Team Leader will oversee and ensure the deliver of efficient quality services within financial parameters that meet customers needs within the specialist area. 

The post holder will specifically manage and supervise the cleaning operations team (including high level cleaning teams and emergency response activities) on a day to day basis.

The Operational Team Leader manages direct reports to ensure the reliable delivery of the cleaning operations in accordance with service level agreements, maximising efficiency of service delivery within the resources available.

Qualifications Required

Considerable relevant experience at a supervisory level is essential, as is a proven ability to supervise and manage successfully all resources whilst delivering exceptional customer service within a large scale operation. 

Experience of managing budgets, being commercially aware as well as experience in tenders / bids for new business
