We require a professional, empathetic and friendly individual who can work well under pressure.
You'll be handling incoming phone enquiries from patients. You'll be working in a medical setting and may find yourself dealing with distressed service users, which is why it is important you can remain sympathetic and calm.
This role is full time and operates on a shift basis, with 8 hour shifts between 8am and 10pm.
