We are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales
for a permanent, full time position in South Gloucester working Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30.
About the company:
This opportunity is with a supplier of wood-fuelled heating systems, also called biomass systems. Biomass systems are used to heat rooms, power central heating or hot water boilers. This company sells biomass systems in a range of sizes, suitable for a number of industries from private to commercial solutions. These systems and their use can reduce environmental impact and in commercial use can make companies and organisations eligible for the Renewable Heat Incentive, which is a Government-funded scheme. Part of this supplier's specialty is helping other organisations interested in obtaining biomass systems meet the incentive requirements.
About the role:
This role is to joint the Business to Business Telesales department. The main purpose of the role is to set up appointments for the Business Development Manager. This will include making cold calls, following up on warm calls, developing leads and booking appointments, and wading through lists.
We are looking for a dedicated telesales agent
who will have no problem making a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day. You will be generating TRUE prospect's leads
for the specialist Business development representatives to go out and do the rest.
- Strong Business to Business telesales experience.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of solar or biomass, the industry or renewable energy would be desirable
