Acting as a subject matter expert within their specialism of Servers, Systems, Database Analysis/Management and/or Development, Unix, Voice Networks, Data Networks, Security, Application Support, Application Development or Desktop within Technology Services to provide support and development services for the applications and infrastructure of the company. The delivered services will operate to agreed performance standards. The role will encompass all elements of the lifecycle from inception until customer sign-off and will involve the analysis, design and creation of solutions, working within or acting as the technical lead for projects as well as inputting into architecture and strategy functions and the design and development of technical standards.

Experienced in communicating to wide range of stakeholders, including use of good negotiation skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently as part of a wider project portfolio which may have interdependencies. Demonstrable expertise in manging projects to time, quality and budge Demonstrable experience identifying and managing technical risks, issues and interdependencies.

be focusing mainly on one aspect of the Business Analyst role. Where they will be tasked at being given a list of semi-scoped reports to develop/write while liaising with those for whom the report is designed. They will need to have:
• Knowledge of Servelec’s Mosaic and OLM’s AIS, or other social care systems •
