Greet visitors
Ensure the showroom is an inviting space for customers
Need to be a confident communicator with good customer service skills and have an eye for detail
The first point of contact for customers to enhance the customer experience by sharing your knowledge of the brand and products with potential owners, supporting the buying process by completing product presentations
Deal with customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive impression of the sales department


Qualifications Required

Must hold a full and valid driving licence
Some previous experience within a customer service role is high desirable
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude to helping others
Flexible team player
Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the team during busy periods
Organised and able to prioritise customer queries and identify critical customer issues
Computer literate - able to use Word and e-mail
Knowledge of CDK Drive is advantageous
Good personal presentation and an eye for detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident and approachable, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues to meet customer needs
Customer focused
