We are looking for an Invoicing/ Payroll Clerk to ensure all temporary workers are paid each week and an invoice is generated and dealt with to a high standard of customer care.

Main duties:

  • Enter and maintain correct pay information and details for all temporaries and clients in both databases.
  • Issue timesheets to all working temporaries.
  • Make accurate payment on all correctly signed and calculated time sheets.
  • Issue payslips
  • Take pay queries and deal with them correctly and promptly.
  • Ensure all client companies are correctly issued an invoice.
  • Inform management if a mistake is discovered.
  • General administrative duties.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
