Our Client in Central Bristol is seeking to appoint a Learning and Development Advisor to support the HR team in delivering and coordinating their new development opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating a range of development solutions.
Ideal candidate:
- has a minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent
- has detailed knowledge of modern L&D approaches
- is an independent planner and great at prioritising
Hours: full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Temporary role: approx. 4 months
