Our Client in Portishead is looking for a Payroll Officer to help out with payroll duties within delivery team for the monthly payroll.

Your duties include:

  • updating HR salary records,
  • dealing with payroll queries.
  • checking, monitoring and actioning pension information from the system.
  • directly accountable for processing information onto the system and ensuring that necessary actions are taken.
  • identify and investigate any anomalies and ensure pension queries are promptly resolved.
  • provide service in accordance with agreed working practices

Other skills: 

  • Good numeracy and accuracy skills
  • Good organisational skills as may have conflicting deadlines
  • Previous payroll/pension knowledge would be beneficial

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Assignment length: temporary, approx. 6 months
