We are looking for a Receptionist to ensure high levels of customer service are met and maintained for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities;

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the premises and correctly identify nature of enquiry.
  • Correctly allocate application paperwork and ensure prompt service levels met by all consultants.
  • Answer all incoming calls and ensure all calls dealt with by correct member of staff and were not reasonably possible to put call through then accurate messages taken and promptly passed on
  • Maintain reception area and windows displays
  • Maintain database

Working Monday – Friday, with a start time of 8am.

Qualifications

* Good communication skills. * Ability to work in an organised and confident manner. * Excellent telephone skills.
