We are looking for an administrative assistant for our client for the Safeguarding and Quality assurance team.
This role will involve the following, but not limited to:
- Note taking in conferences
- Responding to emails
- Sending invites
- Dealing with correspondence
- Saving electronic records
- Managing the diary for the service
Must have the ability to arrange and co-ordinate meetings, booking appointments, taking notes and arranging their distribution.
Deal with incoming/outgoing post, making and receiving phone calls.
Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative, understanding of GDPR and confidentiality.
Able to deal calmly with people who may be distressed, emotional or hostile.
