  • To take enquiries and pre-select candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments
  • Ensure necessary paperwork is completed for candidates
  • Take booking specifications from clients
  • Match temporaries to assignments and affect introduction
  • Make business development calls by telephone and/or in person
  • Make maintenance calls to client companies on a regular basis to ensure continued business development
  • Ensure necessary paperwork completed, including Terms of Business issued
  • Produce correspondence, reports and CVs to a high standard
  • Ensure that all details included in CVs is correct
  • Progress and service candidates and clients to the highest level to ensure business development through service reputation
  • Keep accurate records and all administration as required
  • Maintain applicant and client database

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience. Ability to see sales opportunity and to cross sell. Ability to work in ever changing environment and react to client demand (multi task). Enjoy responsibility and working in a high-pressure environment. Goal orientated. Confident. People focused. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Attention to detail. Good team player. Good listener. Good sense of humour.
