We are looking for a Tenant Case Manager who will be part of the Housing, Benefits and Planning Team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Rent recovery and rent account management
- To act as Primary Officer for every tenant.
- Working in accordance with rent arrears policy
Candidates must be organised, self motivated, able to work to tight deadlines, excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
