Finding the right match for your vacancy will only happen if we spend time getting to know you and any potential candidates.
Sitting down and having a proper face-to-face conversation is the best way of getting to know someone. Many recruitment agencies have stopped doing this. But we think getting to know you, your team and how you work is one of the most enjoyable and valuable parts of our job. It also saves you time, because any potential candidates we send you have been vetted by us first.
Every single candidate on our books has visited our offices to register with us in person – not online or over the phone – sitting down with us to discuss the kind of role, environment and people they’re looking to work with. In fact, we work hard to ensure that everyone who comes in to register with us walks away with a clearer vision of their future career path.
It’s one of the simplest and most effective approaches in our recruitment toolbox. But one that many other agencies have dropped.
